The economics of a branded tour service
On Business, your platform cost is flat — $199 a month, or $160 a month billed yearly — however many client tours you host, with unlimited visits and no charge per view. The more properties you manage, the less each one costs you to host:

You set your own prices — per shoot, per property, or as a monthly hosting retainer. Business also includes 1,500 AI credits a month, enough for around 50 ten-second AI videos, or a mix of AI scenes and videos, so photo-only clients can still get a full tour and a social clip.
Set up your domain in three steps
- In the dashboard, open Branding → Advanced → Custom Domain and enter a subdomain such as
tours.youragency.com. - Add one CNAME record at your DNS provider pointing to
cname.virtualtoureasy.com. - Click Verify DNS. The SSL certificate is issued automatically, usually within minutes of the record being detected.
From then on, your channel page and tours load on your domain, with your branding.
What white label covers — and what needs a reseller agreement
Producing tours for your clients and delivering them under your brand is exactly what these plans are for: you can make tours for identified clients, publish them on your domain and charge for that work. What our Terms of Service don't allow on a standard plan is reselling access to the platform itself — creating accounts for clients, or exposing the builder, the API or the MCP server to your own end-users as a self-serve feature.

Not in the tours you deliver: with branding enabled there is no VirtualTourEasy watermark, the viewer shows your logo and colors, and on Business the tours load on your domain. Your clients do not need a VirtualTourEasy account to view or share their tours.
